Collection occurs on all holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your collection day falls on or after one of these holidays, collection will occur one day later that week. For example, for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday collection would be made on Friday, and Friday collection on Saturday. For residents with individual cart service, holiday trees will be collected at no charge on your collection day from December 26th through January 10th. Trees will be collected after January 10th, for a fee.

Holiday string lights should not be placed in waste or recycling carts as they can become tangled and cause equipment damage. Check with chain hardware stores for recycling program information.
